• Go into the great outdoors to improve your strength, stamina & balance

Meet at Midday at the Cosmos Centre, Abbey Walk, St Andrews KY16 9LB for 2 hours of great company while we plan activities & venture out for a short, guided Health Walk. Suitable for most adults regardless of age or fitness level and it's all FREE.
